1) Parcels and rolls up to a length of 200 cm:
Shipping is carried out via GLS. As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the parcel.
Our advice:
The delivery address does not need to be the same as the billing address. You can have the item delivered to your family, friends, or your workplace if you are not at home during the day.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery attempt is made?
If the parcel cannot be delivered, this is usually not a problem. Often, your order is left with a neighbour or at a nearby collection point. A new delivery attempt the following day is also possible. This is generally decided by the local delivery driver.
Important:
There is no longer a notification card left in the letterbox. For some time now, only the tracking link has been used.
2) Rolls over 200 cm in length or delivery by carrier
The order is delivered by a carrier to the desired address. This address can be different from the billing address. You can therefore have the order delivered to another location.
Important:
Please ensure your contact details are provided correctly, as the carrier will contact you by phone or email to arrange the delivery.
As these may be large carpet rolls or heavy pallets, we recommend asking for help from friends, neighbours, or family members. This makes unloading and transporting the items into the rooms easier.
Delivery by carrier is made "free curbside", meaning up to the nearest public pavement edge.
Please note that, to save on shipping costs and packaging, several items such as rugs and floor coverings may be rolled together. So if you receive only one roll even though you ordered several items, it means that multiple products are rolled onto that one roll.
